镀锌风管激光焊接头组织性能及锌元素含量研究OA
Research on microstructure,mechanical properties and zinc element content of laser welded joints in galvanized air ducts
通过激光填丝焊接方法,在不去除镀锌层的前提下实现镀锌风管薄钢板的焊接.通过金相显微镜、电子万能试验机观察接头的组织结构和力学性能.研究表明:在激光功率为3020~3340W,焊接速度为4~8mm/s,送丝速度为1.8~2.2m/min,离焦量为+3~+7mm的工艺参数范围内,焊缝区和热影响区的铁素体和马氏体分布均匀;当激光功率为3180W,焊接速度为7mm/s,送丝速度为2.0m/min,离焦量为+5mm时,接头拉伸载荷最高达到30.96kN.通过EPMA检测可知焊缝处无Zn元素,说明激光焊接过程中锌蒸气并未对其造成影响.
By using laser wire-feeding welding method and without removing the galvanized layer,the welding of thin steel plates of galvanized air ducts is achieved.The micro structure and mechanical properties of the joints are observed through a metallographic microscope and an electronic universal testing machine.The research shows that within the process range of laser power from 3020 to 3340W,welding speed from 4 to 8mm/s,wire feeding speed from 1.8 to 2.2m/min,and defocus amount from+3 to+7mm,ferrite and martensite in the weld zone and heat-affected zone are evenly distributed.When the laser power is 3180W,the welding speed is 7mm/s,the wire feeding speed is 2.0m/min,and the defocus amount is+5mm,the tensile load of the joint can reach a maximum of 30.96kN.It is detected by EPMA(Electron Probe Micro-Analyzer)that there is no zinc element in the weld,indicating that zinc vapor does not affect the welding during the laser welding process.
