灵芝多糖提取方法及含量测定的研究进展OA
Research Advances in Extraction Methods and Quantitative Analysis of Ganoderma Polysaccharides
灵芝多糖作为灵芝重要的生物活性成分之一,是评价灵芝产品质量和功能作用的重要指标.目前国内灵芝产品趋于多样化,不同灵芝产品多糖含量测定方法存在差异.文章系统查阅了 Web of Science、PubMed、SciFinder和中国知网等数据库,对有关灵芝多糖提取和定量分析方法的文献进行总结归纳,并对比分析各种方法的特点.在提取方法方面,常用的方法为热浸提、超声提取及微波辅助提取等,而酶提取、低共熔溶剂提取、复溶提取、挤压处理、快速溶剂萃取、蒸汽爆破及高压电场等技术也逐步应用于灵芝多糖的提取中.为提升多糖得率,多技术协同的复合提取策略已成为研究热点.在含量测定方面,紫外分析法仍为最常用方法,液相色谱法、离子色谱法及质谱法等精密仪器分析方法也逐步被引入用于提高分析结果的准确性.随着数理统计与化学计量学算法的深度融合,无损检测技术结合智能算法的定量方法有望成为未来研究的重要方向,为灵芝多糖的精准分析与质量控制提供新思路.
Polysaccharides derived from Ganoderma spp.represent crucial bioactive constituents and serve as key indicators for assessing the quality and functional properties of Ganoderma products.The market exhibits a wide variety of Ganoderma products,each necessitating distinct methodologies for polysaccharide quantification.This review systematically examines recent literature and databases including Web of Science,PubMed,SciFinder,and the China National Knowledge Infrastructure to compare and analyze extraction and quantitative analytical techniques for Ganoderma polysaccharides,highlighting the characteristics of each approach.Conventional extraction methods such as hot water extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction,and microwave-assisted extraction continue to predominate.Concurrently,emerging technologies namely enzymatic extraction,deep eutectic solvent extraction,resolvent extraction,extrusion processing,rapid solvent extraction,steam explosion,and high voltage electric field application are increasingly adopted.To optimize polysaccharide yield,research has increasingly focused on synergistic composite extraction strategies that integrate multiple techniques.Regarding quantification,ultraviolet spectrophotometry remains the most widely utilized method;however,advanced instrumental techniques including high-performance liquid chromatography,ion chromatography,and mass spectrometry are progressively employed to enhance analytical accuracy.The integration of mathematical statistics and chemometric algorithms with non-destructive detection technologies is anticipated to foster the development of intelligent quantitative methods,representing a promising future direction for precise analysis and quality control of Ganoderma polysaccharides.
