蘑菇纲大型真菌4个中国新记录种OA

To elucidate the species composition of macrofungi in Hangzhou City and to identify species not previously documented in the region,a systematic survey and specimen collection of large fungal resources were undertaken.This study aims to furnish essential baseline data for the investigation of fungal biodiversity and the conservation of fungal resources in Hangzhou.Collected fungal specimens were identified through detailed morphological examinations complemented by phylogenetic analyses based on internal transcribed spacer(ITS)sequence data.As a result of this investigation,four Agaricomycetes species were newly recorded in China:Agaricus luteopallidus Linda J.Chen,Karun.,R.L.Zhao & K.D.Hyde;Entoloma pseudosubcorvinum Kumla,Suwannar.&S.Lumyong;Gymnopus bicolor A.W.Wilson,Desjardin & E.Horak;and Favolus gracilisporus H.Lee,N.K.Kim & Y.W.Lim.This report provides comprehensive morphological descriptions alongside detailed information on the distribution and habitat preferences of these newly recorded species.
