雷火灸联合穴位按摩对风寒入络型面瘫病人中医症状积分、情绪及生活质量的影响OA
Effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with acupoint massage on Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores,emotion,and quality of life in patients with wind-cold entering collaterals type facial paralysis
目的:探究雷火灸联合穴位按摩对风寒入络型面瘫病人中医症状积分、情绪及生活质量的影响.方法:选取医院2024年1月—12月收治的150例风寒入络型面瘫病人为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组75例.对照组给予常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上实施雷火灸联合穴位按摩,比较两组病人干预前后中医症状积分、情绪状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]及生活质量情况[健康调查简表(SF-36)评分].结果:干预后试验组病人中医症状积分低于对照组(P＜0.05),SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P＜0.05),SF-36各维度评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:雷火灸联合穴位按摩可有效改善风寒入络型面瘫病人的中医症状,缓解不良情绪,提高生活质量.
Objective:To investigate the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with acupoint massage on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom scores,emotional state and quality of life scores in patients with wind-cold entering collaterals type facial paralysis.Methods:A total of 150 patients with wind-cold entering collaterals type facial paralysis who were admitted to the hospital from January to December 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group by the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given routine care,while the patients in experimental group received thunder-fire moxibustion combined with acupoint massage on the basis of routine care.The TCM symptom scores,emotional states[scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)]and quality of life[scores of Short Form 36 Health Survey(SF-36)]of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention were compared.Results:After the intervention,the TCM symptom score of the patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05),the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the scores of each dimension of SF-36 were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with acupoint massage can effectively alleviate TCM symptoms of patients with wind-cold entering collaterals type facial paralysis,relieve negative emotions,and improve quality of life.
