Corrosion characteristics of sulfide-containing wastewater pipeline in atmospheric and vacuum distillation

由于原油劣质化,近年来常减压原料油中硫的质量浓度增加,导致污水管线面临巨大的腐蚀风险,为了降低管线腐蚀风险,基于电化学实验和数值模拟对含硫污水管线腐蚀特性展开研究.结果表明,含硫污水对管壁的腐蚀速率与温度先呈正比关系、后呈反比关系,在60℃时,管壁的腐蚀程度最严重.污水中的S2-会抑制污水中腐蚀性组分 H2S的电离从而一定程度上降低腐蚀速率,但当质量浓度足够大时,其对管壁的腐蚀作用大于抑制作用,腐蚀速率逐渐回升.含硫污水管线直管壁污水分布情况与进口水相体积分数以及进口流速有关,且在污水充满管道的情况下,腐蚀高风险区域为污水管线的三通管污水汇合处.

The sulfide content of crude oil has increased in recent years due to the inferior quality of crude oil.Therefore,wastewater pipelines are at great risk of corrosion.In order to reduce the corro-sion risk of pipeline,the corrosion characteristics of sulfide-containing wastewater pipeline are investi-gated based on electrochemical experiment and numerical simulation.The results show that the corro-sion rate of sulfide-containing wastewater on the pipe wall is firstly proportional to the temperature,and then inversely proportional to the temperature.The corrosion rate of pipe wall is maximized at 60℃.The S2-in the wastewater can weaken the ionization of the corrosive components H2S.When the concentration is high enough,the corrosion effect on the pipe wall is greater than the inhibition effect,which leads to the gradual increase of the corrosion rate.The distribution of wastewater on the pipe wall of the sulfide-containing wastewater straight pipeline is related to the inlet flow rate and flow velocity.The high-risk area of corrosion is located at the tee for the junction of the wastewater when the pipe is full of wastewater.
