海上某平台弯头开裂失效分析OA

为探究海上某平台F51双相不锈钢管线弯头开裂失效的根本原因,采用现场工况调查、断口宏观形貌观察、断口微观形貌分析、扫描电镜能谱(EDS)微区成分检测、管线材料化学成分分析及显微组织表征等多种测试方法,从材料质量与使用环境两方面进行综合分析.结果显示:裂纹起源于弯头内壁并向外表层扩展;材料近内壁区域存在大尺寸、形态不规则的非金属夹杂物,该缺陷成为裂纹萌生的核心诱因;结合服役工况特征,确认失效形式为高周疲劳开裂.F51双相不锈钢弯头的开裂失效机理为高周疲劳,近内表面的大尺寸不规则非金属夹杂物是导致裂纹萌生并最终引发失效的主要原因,为后续管线材料筛选、制造质量控制及服役维护提供了关键参考.

In order to explore the root cause of cracking failure of F51 duplex stainless steel pipeline el-bow on an offshore platform,a comprehensive analysis was carried out from two aspects of material quality and service environment by means of field condition investigation,macroscopic morphology observation of fracture,microscopic morphology analysis of fracture,micro-area composition detec-tion of scanning electron microscope energy spectrum(EDS),chemical composition analysis and mi-crostructure characterization of pipeline materials.The results show that the crack originates from the inner wall of the elbow and extends to the outer surface.There are large-sized and irregular non-me-tallic inclusions in the area near the inner wall of the material,which become the core cause of crack initiation.Combined with the characteristics of service conditions,it is confirmed that the failure mode is high cycle fatigue cracking.The cracking failure mechanism of the F51 duplex stainless steel elbow is high cycle fatigue.The large-size irregular non-metallic inclusions near the inner surface are the main causes of crack initiation and ultimate failure,which provides a key reference for subsequent pipeline material screening,manufacturing quality control and service maintenance.the characteris-tics of service conditions,it is confirmed that the failure mode is high cycle fatigue cracking.The cracking failure mechanism of F51 duplex stainless steel elbow is high cycle fatigue.The large-size ir-regular non-metallic inclusions near the inner surface are the main causes of crack initiation and ulti-mate failure,which provides a key reference for subsequent pipeline material screening,manufactur-ing quality control and service maintenance.
