Research on the effectiveness of wetland restoration techniques in open lakes:taking Yangcheng Lake as an example

为进一步探究基于湿地修复技术的开放型湖泊生态治理效果,以阳澄中湖生态修复工程为对象,2020-2021年对阳澄湖开展水质及浮游植物群落特征调查研究.结果表明,湿地修复对湖泊氮磷营养物质净化较为明显,结合拦截沉淀,修复区湿地对上游来水总磷及总氮指标削减率分别在17%~56%和16%~44%;调查期间,阳澄湖共发现浮游植物7门74种(属),修复区浮游植物多样性指数均高于非修复区,表明修复区浮游植物群落更加稳定,也与本次水质监测结果吻合.

To further explore the ecological remediation effects of open lakes using wetland restoration technology,a survey on water quality and phytoplankton community characteristics was carried out in Yangcheng Lake from 2020 to 2021,with the ecological restoration project of Middle Yangcheng Lake as the study object.The results showed that wetland restoration exerted a significant purification effect on nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients in the lake.Combined with interception and sedimentation,the reduction rates of total phosphorus and total nitrogen in upstream inflow by the restored wetland zone reached 17%-56%and 16%-44%,respectively.During the investigation,7 phyla and 74 species(genera)of phytoplankton were identified in Yangcheng Lake.The phytoplankton diversity indices in the restored areas were higher than those in the non-restored areas,indicating that the phytoplankton communities in the restored zones were more stable,which was also consistent with the water quality monitoring results in this study.
