国医大师段富津教授深耕中医临床与教学六十余载,在恶性肿瘤诊疗领域形成了独树一帜的"三维思维"模式,即"病机认知-证候辨析-方剂化裁"的有机统一.系统梳理段富津对恶性肿瘤病机的核心认知,包括正气亏虚的内在基础、邪气留滞的病理关键及脏腑失调的联动影响;深入阐释其证候辨析中"四诊合参、主症锚定、动态调整"的特色方法;重点总结其在方剂化裁中"药力判定公式"的实践应用、经方创新及配伍安全理念,并辅以典型临床案例验证其疗效.在此基础上结合现代中医肿瘤学研究进展,探讨该思维模式的传承价值与临床转化路径,以期为中医恶性肿瘤诊疗体系的完善提供理论与实践参考.
Professor Duan Fujin,master of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),has been dedicated for over six decades to clinical practice and education of traditional Chinese medicine.His groundbreaking"three-dimensional thinking"model in malignant tumor diagnosis and treatment integrates the three interconnected phases:pathogenesis understanding,syndrome differentiation and prescription formulation.This paper systematically examines Professor Duan Fujin's core insights into the pathogeneses of malignant tumors,including the intrinsic basis of vital energy deficiency,pathological factors of pathogen stagnation,and interplay between organ dysfunctions.It elaborates on his distinctive diagnostic approach featuring"four diagnostic methods integration,principal symptom identification,and dynamic modulation".The study highlights his practical application of"medicinal power assessment formula",innovative adaptation of classical formulas,and compatibility safety concept,supported by clinical case studies demonstrating the efficacy of the novel approach.Furthermore,it explores the legacy value and clinical translation pathways of this thinking model in light of modern TCM oncology research,providing theoretical and practical references for optimizing the malignant tumor management system of TCM.
