基于"脾虚浊毒"理论探析慢性萎缩性胃炎"炎-癌转化"机制与防治策略OA

Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is one of the common clinical diseases and is also a key stage of"inflammation-cancer transformation".The process mainly involves multiple pathogeneses such as persistent inflammatory response,imbalance of gastric mucosal microenvironment and abnormal cell proliferation."Spleen deficiency and turbidity",first proposed by Li Diangui,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,is believed by more and more researchers to be the core pathogenesis of CAG,in which spleen deficiency constitutes its root cause while turbidity its manifestation,and the two influence each other to induce the disease,promoting its evolution from"inflammation"to"cancer".Based on the classic theory of"spleen deficiency and turbidity"and combined with modern research results,this article systematically explains the pathogeneses of CAG"inflammation-cancer transformation",and proposes its intervention strategies from the perspective of staged syndrome differentiation and treatment,in order to provide a theoretical basis and clinical reference for the TCM prevention and control of the early evolution of gastric cancer.
