青少年正念对校园欺凌旁观者保护行为的影响:共情及同伴关系的中介作用OA

Objective To explore the relationship between mindfulness levels and bystander protective behaviors in school bullying among adolescents,as well as the mediating roles of empathy and peer relationships,in order to provide theoretical guidance for reducing school bullying incidents.Methods A total of 925 middle school students from Shandong Province were assessed using the Mindful Attention Awareness Scale,the Basic Empathy Scale,the Peer Relationship Self-Assessment Scale,and the Bystander Intervention in School Bullying Scale,with 876 valid questionnaires collected.Results Adolescents'mindfulness,bystander protective behaviors,empathy,and peer relationships were all significantly positively correlated with each other(all P<0.05).The mediating effects of adolescents'empathy and peer relationships between mindfulness and bystander protective behaviors were significant.Additionally,the chain mediating effect of empathy-peer relationships was significant,with mediation effect proportions of 31.02%,9.64%,and 1.20%,respectively.Conclusions Mindfulness can not only directly predict the bystander protective behavior of adolescents,but also indirectly affect the bystander protective behavior through the independent mediating effects of empathy,peer relationship,and the chain mediating effect of empathy-peer relationship.
