父母的精神病治疗态度对青少年自杀意念的影响:青少年抑郁和抑郁症耻辱感的作用OA

Objective To explore the influence of parental attitude toward psychiatric treatment on adolescent suicidal ideation and its underlying mechanism,and to examine the mediating roles of depression and depression-related stigma,thereby providing a new perspective for adolescent suicide prevention.Methods 300 parent-child dyads in Jiangsu Province were surveyed using the Attitude toward Seeking Psychiatric Treatment Scale,the Suicide Ideation Scale,the Adolescent Depression Scale,and the Depression Stigma Scale.Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the mediating effects.Results Significant correlations were observed among parental attitude toward psychiatric treatment,adolescent attitude toward psychiatric treatment,depression,depression-related stigma and adolescent suicidal ideation(all P<0.05).Adolescent depression-related stigma,adolescent attitude toward psychiatric treatment,and adolescent depression serially mediated the relationship between parental attitude toward psychiatric treatment and adolescent suicidal ideation through a chain mediation pathway:parental attitude toward psychiatric treatment → adolescent depression-related stigma →adolescent attitude toward psychiatric treatment → adolescent depression → adolescent suicidal ideation(χ2=-0.192,P<0.05),accounting for 62.14%of the total effect.The model showed a good fit(χ2/df=1.405,CFI=0.983,TLI=0.968,RMSEA=0.063).Conclusions Adolescent depression-related stigma,attitude toward psychiatric treatment,and depression play a chain mediating role in the relationship between parental attitude toward psychiatric treatment and adolescent suicidal ideation.Therefore,when developing and implementing suicide prevention programs for adolescents,it is important to consider how parental attitudes influence adolescent suicidal ideation,as well as adolescents'actual levels of depression-related stigma,treatment attitudes,and depressive symptoms.
