抑郁青少年家庭关怀—未来期望匹配与心理弹性的关系OA

Objective:To explore the relationship between adolescents' family care,future expectations,and psycho-logical resilience.Methods:A total of 158 adolescent patients with depression and 170 healthy adolescents from a local area were selected from October 2022 to June 2023 at a hospital in Shanxi Province.Assessments were conducted u-sing Family Care Scale,Future Expectations Scale,Psychological Resilience Scale,and Self-Rating Depression Scale,followed by polynomial regression and response surface analysis.Results:① Family care,future expectations,and psychological resilience showed pairwise positive correlations(r=0.22～0.60,P＜0.01),while they exhibited significant negative correlations with depressive levels(r=-0.62～-0.44,P＜0.01).② Significant differences were observed between depressed and healthy adolescents in family care index,future expectations,and psychological resil-ience(t=-6.13,-4.20,-5.69;P＜0.01).③ Polynomial regression analysis revealed that adolescents with"high family care-high future expectations"demonstrated higher psychological resilience compared to those with"low family care-low future expectations"(a1=7.20～11.76,P＜0.05;a2=0.13～1.99,P＞0.05).Among adolescents with"low family care-low future expectations",depressive adolescents showed greater psychological resilience(Z-hat B=-15.21,SE=2.74,P＜0.01),while healthy adolescents exhibited no such difference(Z-hat B=-6.89,SE=3.60,P＞0.05).Conclusion:The development of adolescents' psychological resilience is affected by the matching degree be-tween family care and future expectations,and there are group differences.That is,the psychological resilience of de-pressed adolescents is more dependent on the support of family care.
