多模态干预的中医五行音乐联合耳穴疗法对自闭症谱系障碍儿童社交—情绪网络的调控效应OA
Research on the regulatory effect of traditional Chinese medicine five—element music combined with auricular acupoint therapy based on multimodal intervention on social—emotional network of children with autism spectrum disorder
目的:探讨基于多模态干预的中医五行音乐联合耳穴疗法对自闭症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童社交行为和情绪调节能力的影响.方法:按1:1的比例将某院2021年4月—2025年4月收治的84例ASD患儿随机分为观察组(n=42,基于多模态干预的中医五行音乐联合耳穴疗法+常规康复训练)与对照组(n=42,常规康复训练),持续干预3个月.对比两组病情严重程度[儿童自闭症评定量表(CARS)、孤独症行为量表(ABC)]、社交能力[自闭症治疗评估量表(ATEC)、社交反应量表(SRS)]、情绪调节[长处与困难问卷(SDQ)、儿童焦虑情绪筛查(SCARED)中文版]和家长满意度[纽卡斯尔满意度量表(NSNS)].结果:干预3个月后,两组CARS评分、ABC语言障碍评分较前均有下降,观察组均低于对照组(t=-3.534,-5.679;P<0.05),差异有统计学意义.干预3个月后,两组ATEC评分、SRS评分较前均有下降,观察组均低于对照组(t=-7.537,-3.786;P<0.05),差异有统计学意义.干预3个月后,两组SDQ评分和SCARED评分较前均有下降,观察组均低于对照组(t=-8.449,-13.156;P<0.05),差异有统计学意义.干预3个月后,观察组家长总满意度高于对照组(x2=5.316,P<0.05).结论:基于多模态干预的中医五行音乐联合耳穴疗法在改善ASD儿童的症状、语言能力、社交功能、情绪状态等方面具有显著效果,患儿家长满意度较高.
Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine five-element music combined with au-ricular acupoint therapy based on multimodal intervention on social behavior and emotional regulation ability of chil-dren with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods:According to the ratio of 1:1,84 children with ASD admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2025 were randomly divided into observation group(n=42,traditional Chinese medicine five-element music combined with auricular point therapy based on multimodal intervention+routine re-habilitation training)and control group(n=42,routine rehabilitation training),continuous intervention for 3 months.The severity of the disease[Children's Autism Rating Scale(CARS),Autism Behavior Scale(ABC)],social ability[Autism Treatment Evaluation Scale(ATEC),Social Response Scale(SRS)],emotional regulation[Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire(SDQ),Children's Anxiety Screening(SCARED)Chinese version]and parental satisfaction[Newcastle Satisfaction Scale(NSNS)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of interven-tion,the CARS score and ABC language disorder score of the two groups were lower than before,and the observation group was lower than the control group(t=-3.534,-5.679;P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the ATEC score and SRS score of the two groups were lower than before,and the observation group was lower than the control group(t=-7.537,-3.786;P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the SDQ score and SCARED score of the two groups were lower than before,and the observation group was lower than the control group(t=-8.449,-13.156;P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the total satisfaction of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(x2=5.316,P<0.05).Conclusion:The five-element music of traditional Chinese medicine com-bined with auricular point therapy based on multimodal intervention has a significant effect on improving the symp-toms,language ability,social function and emotional state of children with ASD,and the parents' satisfaction is high.
