消极应对方式对青少年非自杀性自伤的影响:有调节的中介模型OA

Objective:To explore the relationship between negative coping strategies and non suicidal self injury(NSSI)in adolescents,as well as the mediating role of alienation and the moderating role of life events.Methods:A to-tal of 202 adolescents with NSSI who were treated in the outpatient and inpatient departments of a comprehensive hospital in Nanning,Guangxi from September 2021 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The Adoles-cent Self Injury Scale(ASHS),Adolescent Life Events Scale(ASLEC),Trait Coping Style Scale(TCSQ),and Ado-lescent Student Alienation Scale(ASAS)were used for investigation.Results:The results showed that negative life e-vents,alienation,and negative coping styles were significantly positively correlated with adolescent NSSI(r=0.549,0.290,0.203,P＜0.01).Negative life events and alienation were significantly positively correlated with negative cop-ing styles(r=0.284,0.667;P＜0.01),and negative life events and alienation were significantly positively correlated(r=0.336,P＜0.01).The sense of alienation plays a completely mediating role between negative coping and NSSI(β=0.186,95％CI:0.074～0.310).The first half of the relationship between negative coping styles and alienation is moderated by negative life events(β=-0.123,95％CI:-0.226～-0.020).The higher the level of negative life events,the stronger the positive predictive effect of negative coping styles on alienation.Conclusion:Negative coping strate-gies can indirectly affect NSSI behavior in adolescents through alienation.When the level of negative life events is high,the impact of negative coping strategies on alienation is enhanced.
