便通片治疗帕金森病患者便秘的临床效果OA

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Biantong Tablets in treating constipation in patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods From June 2024 to May 2025,154 patients with Parkinson's disease and constipation admit-ted to the Department of Neurology,the People's Hospital of Zhuzhou Affiliated to Changsha Medical University were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 77 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Lactulose Oral Solution,while the observation group was treated with Biantong Tablets.The therapeutic effects,symptom improvement time,gastrointestinal activity indicators,patient assessment of constipation-quality of life(PAC-QOL)score,adverse reaction occurrence,and recurrence rates at 1 and 3 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The symptom improvement time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the gastrointestinal activity indicators of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the PAC-QOL scale score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rates at 1 and 3 months in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Within 4 weeks of treatment,Biantong Tablets have definite therapeutic effect on Parkinson's dis-ease-related constipation,shorten the symptom improvement time,promote gastrointestinal activity,reduce the recurrence rate of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and have high clinical application value.
