基于数据挖掘探讨黄燕教授治疗支气管扩张症稳定期的用药规律OA

Objective To analyze the medication rules of Professor HUANG Yan in the treatment of bronchiectasis in the stable period based on data mining technology.Methods A total of 245 cases of bronchiectasis in the stable period were col-lected from the Outpatient Clinic of Professor HUANG Yan in Inner Mongolia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2021 to June 1,2025,and a database was established.SPSS Modeler and SPSS Statistics 27 series software were used to analyze the statistical analysis of syndrome type,nature and taste tropism and efficacy category,association rule analysis,clustering and complex network analysis.Results A total of 245 cases of bronchiectasis in the stable period were included,among which the common witness types were phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome and lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome.Its properties were mainly cold,warm and neutral.The main flavor of the medicine was sweet,followed by bitter and pungent.The main meridians enter the lung meridian,spleen meridian and stomach meridian.The main drugs were cough relieving,phlegm relieving asthma,tonifying deficiency and clearing heat.The core prescriptions included Tri-chosanthis Fructus,Coptidis Rhizoma,Pinelliae Rhizoma,Scutellariae Radix,Mori Cortex,Astragali Radix,Codonopsis Radix,Poria,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Citri Exocarpium Rubrum,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,and Gly-cyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.Conclusion Professor HUANG Yan's treatment of bronchiectasis in the stable period mainly focuses on clearing heat and dissipating phlegm,invigorating qi and invigorating spleen,and applying both tonifying and tonifying,and combining cold and warming.
