安徽省健康县区居民健康素养水平及影响因素分析OA

Objective To understand the current status of health literacy among residents in healthy counties and districts of Anhui Province in 2023,explore the relevant influencing factors,and provide a basis for improving the health literacy and level of residents.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 7 173 non-collectively residing permanent urban and rural residents aged 15 to 69 from 18 health monitoring sites in counties and districts in Anhui Province,using a stratified,multi-stage approach combining PPS and simple random sampling.Results After weighted adjustment the health literacy level of residents in healthy counties and districts in Anhui Province was 33.11%in 2023.Multivariate logistic regression analysis shows that gender,age,education level,and occupation are the influencing factors of health literacy among residents in healthy counties and districts in Anhui Province.Compared to females,the OR value for males was 1.162;compared with those who were illiterate or had little literacy,the OR values for primary school,junior high school,high school/vocational high school/technical secondary school,college/undergraduate and above were 1.994,5.847,9.059,and 22.592,respectively;taking the age group of 65-69 as a reference,the OR values for the age groups of 15-24,25-34,35-44,and 45-54 were 2.722,3.965,3.632,and 2.557,respectively;compared with other professions,the OR values for civil servants,medical staff,students,and farmers were 2.670,3.124,1.405,and 1.398,respectively.Conclusion Women,low educational level,and advanced age are the main influencing factors on the health literacy level of residents in healthy counties and districts in Anhui Province.Targeted health education interventions should be developed with a focus on these populations.
