云南省高校新生的公共卫生安全素养现状及影响因素分析OA
Analysis on Public Health Safety Literacy and Its Influencing Factors Among Freshman in Universities in Yunnan Province
目的 了解云南省高校新生的公共卫生安全素养状况及影响因素,为高校开展公共卫生安全教育提供依据.方法 于2022年8-10月,采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,在云南省多所高校抽取5 936名新生开展调查.结果 调查对象的公共卫生安全素养水平为 60.21%,其中意识、知识和技能素养水平分别为 78.99%、39.66%和63.04%.多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,女性、本科/研究生、户籍为云南省省外、生源地为城市均与公共卫生安全素养呈正性相关;未接受过公共卫生安全教育、认为没有必要在大学中开展公共卫生安全教育与公共卫生安全素养呈负性相关.结论 云南省高校新生的公共卫生安全素养较低,在高校新生中开展系统的公共卫生安全教育非常有必要.
Objective To understand the status of public health safety literacy(PHSL)and its influencing factors among freshman in universities in Yunnan Province,so as to provide a scientific basis for universities to carry out public health safety education for students.Methods From August to October of 2022,multistage stratified random sampling method was adopted,5 936 freshman were investigated.Results For all the participants,PHSL was 60.21%,PHS perception,knowledge and skills were 78.99%、39.66%and 63.04%,respectively.The results of the multivariate logistic regression showed that female,undergraduate/graduate degree,registered residence of outside Yunnan province,urban were positively correlates with PHSL,however having no public health safety knowledge education,having negative attitude towards public health safety knowledge education for universities were negatively correlates with PHSL.Conclusion The overall level of PHSL of freshman in universities in Yunnan Province was relatively low,so need to carry out systematic public health safety knowledge education.
