北京市某区学龄前期儿童健康行为调查及影响因素分析OA
Survey of Health Behaviors and Influencing Factors of Preschool Children in a District of Beijing
目的 了解北京市某区学龄前期儿童的健康行为及其影响因素,为制定幼儿健康促进政策及干预策略提供科学依据.方法 采用随机整群抽样方法,对北京市某区6所幼儿园的幼儿家长进行问卷调查.结果 学龄前期儿童的健康行为及格率为 80.7%,四个维度健康行为及格率从高到低依次为饮食健康(97.5%)、视力卫生(89.9%)、运动健康(70.5%)和口腔卫生(33.5%).多因素结果显示:独生子女、家长健康行为认知较好及主要教育人文化程度高是儿童具有健康行为的促进因素.结论 北京市某区学龄前期儿童的健康行为较高,但行为分布不均衡.应加强家长认知健康教育,重点关注家长文化程度低、多子女的家庭.
Objective To investigate the health behaviors and influencing factors among pre-school children in a district of Beijing,so as to provide scientific basis for the of health promotion policies and intervention strategies for young children.Methods Using random cluster sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among parents of children in six kindergartens in a district of Beijing.Results The pass rate of health behaviors among preschool children is 80.7%,and the pass rates of the four dimensions of health behaviors from high to low are dietary health(97.5%),visual hygiene(89.9%),exercise health(70.5%),and oral hygiene(33.5%).The results of multiple factors show that only children,parents with good awareness of health behaviors,and the high educational level of the main educators are the promoting factors for children to have healthy behaviors.Conclusion The prevalence of health behaviors in pre-school children in a certain district of Beijing was high,but the distribution of behaviors was unbalanced.It need to strengthen the health education of parents'cognition,focusing on the low educational level of parents and multi-children families.
