风储联合系统调频控制策略优化研究OA

Research on optimization of frequency regulation control strategy for wind-storage combined system

为解决风储联合调频过程中传统风电机组采用定系数调频的局限性及风电机组与储能装置调频出力分配不合理的问题,基于风电机组和风储联合系统的工作原理及常规调频控制策略,搭建风储系统的结构与频率响应模型,设计实时整定虚拟惯性控制系数的模糊控制器,制定风储调频功率协调分配策略,并通过Matlab/Simulink平台建立仿真模型,验证该策略的有效性.结果表明,所提模糊控制策略使风电机组调频出力较定系数控制提高0.007~0.010 p.u.,频率变化率降低16.8%~17.2%;负荷扰动下系统频率最低值提升0.04 Hz,风储协同调频效果优于风电独立调频.

To address the limitations of traditional wind turbine control in the wind-storage combined frequency regulation process,as well as the issue of unreasonable power distribution between the wind turbine and the energy storage device during frequency regulation,based on the working principle of the wind turbine and wind-storage combined system and the conventional frequency regulation control strategy,a structure and frequency response model of the wind-storage system is established.A fuzzy controller for real-time adjustment of the virtual inertia control coefficient is designed,and a coordinated power allocation strategy for wind-storage frequency regulation is formulated.A simulation model is built on the Matlab/Simulink platform to verify the effectiveness of the strategy.The results show that the proposed fuzzy control strategy enables the frequency regulation output of the wind turbine to increase by 0.007 p.u.to 0.010 p.u.compared to the fixed coefficient control,and the frequency change rate is reduced by 16.8%to 17.2%.Under load disturbances,the minimum system frequency increases by 0.04 Hz,and the coordinated frequency regulation effect of wind-storage is better than that of independent wind power frequency regulation.
