污水海洋处置排污口选划研究:以晋江围头湾为例OA
Siting Study of Marine Wastewater Outfalls:A Case Study of Weitou Bay in Jinjiang
污水海洋处置可以有效利用海洋的自净能力,改善海洋环境质量,入海排污口的科学设置是改善海洋生态环境质量的重要手段.文章以晋江围头湾为例,综合考虑环境影响、施工难度和工程经济性等多种要素,采用定性和定量相结合的方法,基于区域规划、自然环境条件和海域开发利用现状,提出了 4 个初步的入海排污口方案,通过定性比选确定可行的解决方案,并对可行的方案进行进一步污染物扩散数值模拟.预测结果表明,无论是无机氮超标范围还是污染因子的浓度增量最大值,1#排污口均小于 2#排污口,而且 1#排污口的路线炸礁量小于 2#排污口,施工难度更小,因此推荐 1#排污口为围头湾入海排污口方案.项目实施后,将原散排的污水收集并集中处理后引至围头湾口门海域进行深海排放,将充分利用海洋环境容量,改善围头湾的海洋环境质量,该研究结果为区域海洋环境管理提供了科学指导.
Marine disposal of wastewater effectively utilizes the ocean's self-purification capacity,and improves marine environmental quality.The scientific placement of ocean outfalls serves as an important measure for enhancing marine ecological environment quality.This study comprehensively considered multiple factors including environmental impact,construction difficulty,and project economics focusing on Jinjiang's Weitou Bay.Employing a combined qualitative and quantitative approach,four preliminary ocean outfall schemes were initially proposed based on regional planning,natural environmental conditions,and existing marine development and utilization activities.Feasible solutions were identified through qualitative comparative screening.Subsequently,further numerical simulations of pollutant dispersion were conducted for the feasible schemes.The prediction results show that,in terms of both the exceedance range of inorganic nitrogen and the maximum concentration increment of pollutants,Outfall 1#is smaller than Outfall 2#.Moreover,the selected route of Outfall 1#requires less rock blasting than Outfall 2#,making its construction less challenging.Therefore,Outfall 1#is recommended as the preferred scheme for Weitou Bay.After project implementation,the originally dispersed sewage will be collected,centrally treated,and discharged into the deep-sea area at the mouth of Weitou Bay,which will make full use of the marine environmental capacity and improve the marine environmental quality of Weitou Bay.The results provide scientific guidance for regional marine environmental management.
