不同种衣剂对玉米病害防效及产量的影响OA
Effect of Different Seed Coating Agents on Disease Control Efficacy and Yield of Maize
为探索不同种衣剂对玉米病害防效及玉米产量的影响,筛选适合玉米生产的种衣剂,以空白处理为对照(CK),设置噻虫胺单施或复配共 12 组不同种衣剂处理玉米品种新中玉 801 的种子,测定出苗率,茎腐病和穗腐病发病情况,以及相关农艺性状及产量,并对13个测定指标进行相关性分析.结果显示:除T1外,其余处理均对新中玉801的出苗有促进作用;T9 和 T11 对灌浆期茎腐病有一定的防治作用,并有抗倒伏效果;除 T2、T3、T6 外,其余处理对成熟期穗腐病的防效较好;T2、T4、T9 小区产量增加,分别比 CK 高 1.38%、1.63%、2.14%,但与 CK 无显著差异;相关性分析表明,穗位高和株高极显著正相关;倒伏率和茎腐病发病率极显著正相关;防治效果和病情指数极显著负相关.综上所述,T 9(噻虫胺+硅噻菌胺)种衣剂能提高玉米出苗率,对灌浆期茎腐病及成熟期穗腐病防效较好,并有抗倒伏效果,还能增加玉米产量,是适合玉米生产的种衣剂.
This study explored the effect of different seed coating agents on the disease control efficacy and yield of maize,aiming to screen suitable seed coating agents for maize production.With blank treatment as the control(CK),12 different seed coating agents were selected to treat the maize variety'Xinzhongyu 801',and the emergence rate,incidence of stem rot,incidence of ear rot,agronomic traits,and yield were measured.Furthermore,the correlation analysis was carried out for 13 measured indexes.The results were summarized as follows.Except T1,the other treatments had promoting effect on the emergence of'Xinzhongyu 801'.T9 and T11 showed certain control effect on stem rot and lodging at the grain-filling stage.Except for T2,T3,and T6,the other treatments had satisfactory control effect on ear rot at the maturity stage.The yields per plot in T2,T4,and T9 were 1.38%,1.63%,and 2.14%higher than that of CK,respectively,with no significant difference.Correlation analysis revealed a highly significant positive correlation between ear height and plant height,a highly significant positive correlation between lodging rate and incidence of stem rot,and a highly significant negative correlation between control effect and disease index.In summary,T9(clothianidin+silthiofame)capable of increasing the emergence rate and yield of maize,controlling stem rot at the grain-filling stage,ear rot at the maturity stage,and resisting lodging,was served as the most suitable seed coating agent for maize production.
