Effect of Reducing Controlled-Release Nitrogen Fertilizer on Nutrient Uptake,Nitrogen Use Efficiency,and Yield of Maize

研究基于长期的氮肥监测试验地,以玉米品种郑单 958 为材料,设置不施氮肥(T1)、常量普通尿素(T2)、常量控释氮肥(T3)、控释氮肥减量 10%(T4)、控释氮肥减量 20%(T5)及控释氮肥减量 30%(T6)共 6 个处理,旨在探究长期氮肥减量施用对玉米产量、养分积累及土壤化学性质的影响.结果表明:控释氮肥减量10%~20%可在维持玉米高产的同时,显著提高氮肥利用效率;与 T1 处理相比,T4、T5 处理使氮肥偏生产力提高至 35.15、38.15 kg/kg,氮肥利用率达 56.00%、64.10%,产量增幅137.60%、142.00%,且产量与T3处理无显著差异.其中,T4处理更有利于植株氮、磷积累(植株地上部氮、磷积累量分别达3.43和0.62 g/株);该处理在维持土壤全氮和碱解氮含量显著高于不施氮处理的同时,有效缓解了土壤酸化.因此,建议将普通尿素等氮量替换为控释尿素,并在此基础上减氮 10%~20%施用,以实现玉米高产、氮肥高效利用及农业生产的可持续发展.

On the basis of long-term nitrogen fertilizer monitoring experimental sites,this study used the maize variety'Zhengdan 958'as the material and designed six treatments:no nitrogen fertilizer(T1),urea at a conventional rate(T2),controlled-release nitrogen fertilizer at a conventional rate(T3),controlled-release nitrogen fertilizer reduced by 10%(T4),controlled-release nitrogen fertilizer reduced by 20%(T5),and controlled-release nitrogen fertilizer reduced by 30%(T6).The study aimed to investigate the effect of long-term reduced nitrogen application on maize yield,nutrient accumulation,and soil chemical properties.The results showed that reducing controlled-release nitrogen fertilizer by 10%-20%maintained high maize yields while significantly improving nitrogen use efficiency.Compared with the T1,T4 and T5 increased nitrogen partial productivity to 35.15 and 38.15 kg/kg,respectively,with nitrogen use efficiencies reaching 56.00%and 64.10%,yield increases of 137.60%and 142.00%,and no significant difference in yield compared with T3.Among the treatments,the T4 was more favorable for nitrogen and phosphorus accumulation in the plants,with the aboveground nitrogen and phosphorus accumulation reaching 3.43 and 0.62 g/plant,respectively.This treatment,while maintaining soil total nitrogen and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen significantly higher than the T1,effectively mitigated soil acidification.Therefore,it was recommended that conventional urea could be replaced with controlled-release urea and nitrogen application could be reduced by 10%-20%on this basis to achieve high maize yields,efficient nitrogen utilization,and sustainable agricultural production.
