为筛选适配生产需求的两系籼稻强优势杂交组合及优良亲本,建立高效育种筛选体系,研究以 6 个两系籼稻不育系(S1~S6)和10个恢复系(R1~R10)为材料,采用不完全双列杂交设计(NC Design Ⅱ)配制60个杂交组合,系统测定了株高、穗长等 8 个核心农艺及产量性状,运用数量遗传学方法分析配合力效应、遗传变异特征,并构建理论产量(Yt)与实际产量(Y)的量化关联模型.结果表明:供试材料各性状存在显著遗传差异,穗总粒数、穗实粒数和单株实际产量的变异系数分别为 18.58%、18.69%和 15.98%,遗传改良潜力突出;一般配合力(GCA)分析显示,不育系 S2、S3 和恢复系 R4、R10在关键产量性状上表现显著正向效应,为综合性状优良的核心亲本;特殊配合力(SCA)分析筛选出 S1/R4(单株实际产量SCA=5.78)、S6/R10(单株实际产量 SCA=5.80)、S5/R1(单株实际产量 SCA=5.44)、S2/R4(单株实际产量 SCA=3.40)、S3/R4(穗总粒数 SCA=32.72)等强优势组合,亲本间基因互补效应显著;理论产量与实际产量呈极显著正相关(r=0.93**),建立回归预测模型Y=0.63Yt+13.59(R2=0.868)可有效解释实际产量变异.该研究明确了两系籼稻亲本选配关键指标与优势组合筛选标准,可为杂交水稻高产育种提供参考.

To screen strong heterotic hybrid combinations and elite parents of two-line indica rice suitable for production and establish an efficient breeding and screening system,this study used 6 male sterile lines(S1-S6)of two-line indica rice and 10 restorer lines(R1-R10)as materials to prepare 60 hybrid combinations by NC Design Ⅱ.Eight core agronomic and yield traits including plant height and panicle length were systematically determined.Quantitative genetic methods were used to analyze combining ability effect and genetic variation characteristics.A quantitative correlation model between theoretical yield(Yt)and actual yield(Y)was constructed.The results indicated that there were significant genetic differences in the traits among the tested materials,with the coefficients of variation for total grains per panicle,filled grains per panicle,and yield per plant being 18.58%,18.69%,and 15.98%,respectively,highlighting the potential for genetic improvement.General combining ability(GCA)analysis showed that the sterile lines S2 and S3 and the restorer lines R4 and R10 exhibited significantly positive effect on key yield traits,being core parents with excellent comprehensive traits.Specific combining ability(SCA)analysis identified strong heterotic combinations such as S1/R4(actual yield per plant SCA=5.78),S6/R10(actual yield per plant SCA=5.80),S5/R1(actual yield per plant SCA=5.44),S2/R4(actual yield per plant SCA=3.40),and S3/R4(total grains per panicle SCA=32.72),revealing significant genetic complementarity effect between parents.Actual yield(Y)was positively correlated with theoretical yield(Yt)(r=0.93**),and the regression model Y=0.63Yt+13.59(R2=0.868)effectively explained the variation of actual yield.This study unveiled the key indicators for parent selection and the screening criteria for heterotic combinations of two-line indica rice,providing reference for breeding hybrid rice with high yields.
