Geographical Tracing of Silkworm Cocoons from Different Origins Based on Stable Isotope Technology
蚕茧地理溯源是特色农产品产地溯源体系的关键环节,对保护区域品牌具有重要意义.为探究稳定同位素技术应用于蚕茧地理溯源的可行性,本研究检测了多个省份蚕茧中的氢、氧、碳、氮稳定同位素比率,并采用不同化学计量学方法构建地理溯源模型.同位素比值分析结果显示,不同省份蚕茧的δ2H、δ18O、δ13C、δ15N具有不同程度的地域差异.层次聚类分析结果表明,蚕茧样品可依据产地聚类;主成分分析结果表明,四川样品与浙江、江苏、山东样品呈现空间分离特征.线性判别分析模型中,原始判别准确率与交叉验证判别准确率分别为77.4%和72.9%,其中对四川样品的判别准确率最高,明显区别于沿海省份样品.综上,本研究提出的稳定同位素结合化学计量学方法可实现蚕茧产地有效判别,为完善农产品溯源技术体系提供了科学依据.
Geographic traceability of silkworm cocoons is a critical component of the traceability system for characteristic agricultural products,playing a significant role in protecting regional brands.To investigate the feasibility of applying stable isotope technology to the geographic traceability of silkworm cocoons,this study determined the hydrogen,oxygen,carbon,and nitrogen stable isotope ratios in silkworm cocoons from multiple provinces and constructed geographic traceability models using different chemometric methods.The analysis of isotope ratios revealed varying degrees of regional differences in δ2H,δ18O,δ13C,and 815N among silkworm cocoons from different provinces.Hierarchical cluster analysis indicated that silkworm cocoon samples could be clustered according to their geographical origins.Principal component analysis demonstrated a spatial separation characteristic among samples from Sichuan and those from Zhejiang,Jiangsu,and Shandong.In the linear discriminant analysis model,the original discriminant accuracy and cross-validation discriminant accuracy were 77.4%and 72.9%respectively,with the highest accuracy achieved for samples from Sichuan,which were distinctly differentiated from those collected from coastal provinces.The results showed that stable isotope technology combined with chemometric methods can effectively discriminate the geographical origin of silkworm cocoons,providing a scientific basis for improving the traceability technology system of agricultural products.
