空间站搭载橡胶草对当代叶片生长和光合响应的影响OA
Effects of Space Station Flight on Leaf Growth and Photosynthetic Response to Contemporary Taraxacum kok-saghyz
为阐明空间站搭载对橡胶草当代生物学效应的影响,本研究以3个不同品种橡胶草(俄K-445、TKS1、A1)为材料,依托中国空间站梦天舱外空间辐射生物学暴露平台开展为期6个月的空间站搭载实验,分析材料的出苗率、叶片表型、光合特性.结果表明,空间站搭载对出苗率的影响存在明显的品种差异性,其中空间站搭载可显著提升俄K-445和TKS1的出苗率,而对A1出苗率无显著促进作用.空间站搭载对叶片生长的促进效应具有发育阶段差异性,主要表现在苗期和现蕾期阶段,在盛花期促进作用消失.与表型响应不同,叶片光合特性(叶绿素含量与叶绿素荧光参数)在空间站搭载后未发生显著变化,说明空间站搭载对不同生理过程的影响存在差异性.本研究为解析空间环境对橡胶草的当代生物学效应提供了依据,也为利用空间站搭载技术创制橡胶草新种质提供了参考.
To elucidate the contemporary biological effects of space station flight exposure on Taraxacum kok-saghyz,this study used three varieties of Taraxacum kok-saghyz(Russian K-445,TKS1,and Al)as experimental materials.A six-month space exposure experiment was carried out using the extravehicular biological radiation exposure platform of the Mengtian module of the Chinese Space Station.Post-exposure,seedling emergence rate,leaf morphological traits,and photosynthetic characteristics of these treated samples were analyzed.The results showed that space station flight exposure caused significant varietal differences in seedling emergence.Specifically,space exposure significantly increased the seedling emergence rate of Russian K-445 and TKS1,while no significant effect was detected in the A1 variety.The growth-promoting effect of space exposure on leaf development exhibited stage-dependent variation,being most pronounced during the seedling and budding stages,but not significant during the flowering stage.In contrast to these phenotypic changes,leaf photosynthetic characteristics(chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters)did not show significant alterations after space exposure,suggesting that space station exerts differential regulatory effects on various physiological processes.This study provides a theoretical basis for understanding the biological effects of the space environment on Taraxacum kok-saghyz,and offers valuable insights for utilizing space mutagenesis in the development of new rubber grass germplasm.
