永州市零陵区切坡建房分布发育特征及简易治理方案OA
Distribution and Development Characteristics of House Construction on Cut Slopes and Simple Mitigation Measures in Lingling District,Yongzhou City
[研究目的]随着经济发展与土地利用效率提高,农村切坡建房现象频发,不合理的切坡建房引发地质灾害风险,威胁村民生命财产安全,因此,需要对建房切坡进行详细的研究,并进行风险评价,最终提出简易可行的切坡建房隐患治理方案.[研究方法]本文以永州市零陵区 1∶10 000 地质灾害调查和风险评价项目为基础,以零陵区 3 233 处切坡建房点为研究对象,选取岩土体类型(C1)、切坡高度(C2)、切坡坡度(C3)、房屋与坡脚距离(C4)、边坡变形特征(C5)、支挡结构(C6)、房屋结构(C7)及 4-8 月多年月均降雨量(C8)为评价指标,采用层次分析法(AHP)构建量化风险评价体系,对零陵区切坡建房风险进行评价.[研究结果]划分出高风险切坡建房 2 处,中风险切坡建房 798 处,低风险切坡建房 2 433 处.通过对切坡建房分布规律、发育特征分析,总结了其典型发育规律:高风险切坡建房为切坡高≥9 m,坡度≥65°,坡脚距离≤1 m 的边坡,中风险切坡建房为切坡高 5~9 m,坡度 60°~70°,坡脚距离≤1 m 的土质边坡,低风险切坡建房为切坡高<5 m,坡度≤60°,坡脚距离>1 m 的边坡,并划分出下滑式、张拉式、冲蚀式及复合式四种破坏模式,针对性的提出挡土墙、截排水沟、削方减载及生物治理等适用于村民自建的简易治理方案.[结论]本文构建的切坡建房风险评价体系科学可靠,可用于后续风险评价计算;针对零陵区切坡建房隐患建议采用的简易治理方案经济合理、技术可行,可为湖南省农村切坡建房地质灾害防治提供实践指导,也可为同类地区相关研究提供参考.
[Objective]With economic development and improved land-use efficiency,the practice of building houses on cut slopes in rural areas has become increasingly frequent.Improper construction on cut slopes triggers geological disaster risks,threatening the safety of villagers'lives and property.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct detailed research and risk assessment of house construction on cut slopes,and ultimately propose simple and feasible hazard management solutions.[Methods]Based on the 1∶10,000 geological hazard survey and risk assessment project in Lingling District,Yongzhou City,this study examined 3,233 house construction sites on cut slopes in Lingling District.Eight evaluation indicators were selected:soil and rock type(C1),cut slope height(C2),cut slope gradient(C3),distance between the house and the slope toe(C4),slope deformation characteristics(C5),retaining structures(C6),house structure(C7),and average monthly rainfall from April to August(C8).The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to construct a quantitative risk assessment system for evaluating the risks associated with house construction on cut slopes in Lingling District.[Results]The study identified 2 high-risk sites,798 medium-risk sites,and 2,433 low-risk sites for house construction on cut slopes.By analyzing the distribution patterns and developmental characteristics of these constructions,typical developmental patterns were summarized:high-risk sites correspond to cut slopes with a height≥9 m,gradient≥65°,and a slope toe distance≤1 m;medium-risk sites correspond to soil slopes with a cut slope height of 5-9 m,gradient of 60°-70°,and slope toe distance≤1 m;low-risk sites correspond to slopes with a cut slope height<5 m,gradient≤60°,and slope toe distance>1 m.Four failure modes were identified:sliding-type,tension-type,erosion-type,and composite-type.Targeted simple management solutions suitable for self-construction by villagers were proposed,including retaining walls,interception and drainage ditches,slope cutting and load reduction,and biological treatment.[Conclusions]The risk assessment system for house construction on cut slopes developed in this study is scientifically reliable and can be used for subsequent risk assessment calculations.The proposed simple management solutions for addressing hazards associated with house construction on cut slopes in Lingling District are economically reasonable and technically feasible.They can provide practical guidance for the prevention and control of geological disasters related to rural house construction on cut slopes in Hunan Province and serve as a reference for similar studies in other regions.
