针对分布式战场环境下杀伤网资源调度存在的响应滞后与鲁棒性不足,提出一种融合全局多目标优化与局部动态响应的资源调度方法.构建侦察-指挥-火力三类节点的效能模型,建立以资源消耗最小化、打击时间最小化、约束违反最小化为目标的多目标优化函数,定义杀伤链闭合的硬性约束,设计了融合改进NSGA-Ⅱ算法与合同网机制的动态调度算法.仿真结果表明,该方法使目标清除率达95%以上,任务平均生命周期缩短58.1%,验证了在动态威胁场景下的调度优越性.

Aiming at the problems of response lag and insufficient robustness in kill-web resource scheduling under distributed battlefield environment,this paper proposes a resource scheduling method that integrates global multi-objective optimization and local dynamic response.The effectiveness models of the three types of nodes,namely reconnaissance,command and firepower,are constructed.A multi-objective optimization function is established to minimize resource consumption,strike time,and con-straint violation,and the hard constraints for kill-chain closure are defined.A dynamic scheduling algo-rithm combining improved NSGA-Ⅱ and contract net mechanism is designed.Simulation results show that the proposed method can achieve a target clearance rate of more than 95%and reduce the average mission life cycle by 58.1%,which verifies its superior scheduling performance in dynamic threat scenarios.
