空天防御作战具有战略性、动态性和不确定性,给威胁评估带来巨大挑战.针对传统威胁评估方法难以应对决策信息呈现动态和时间非对齐特征的问题,将AHP法主观权重和熵权法客观权重最优化综合,经时间加权、时间序列占优、动态时间弯曲距离,对TOPSIS算法理想解的选择、相对贴近度计算等进行改进,从而完成空天防御威胁评估.算例表明,该评估方法能够解决决策信息动态且时间非对齐问题,有效实现空天防御目标威胁评估.

Aerospace defense operations are strategic,dynamic and uncertain,which poses great challenges to threat assessment.Aiming at the problem that traditional threat assessment methods are difficult to deal with the dynamic and time-unaligned characteristics of decision-making information,this paper optimally integrates the subjective weight obtained by the AHP method and the objective weight obtained by the entropy weight method.The TOPSIS algorithm is improved from the selection of ideal solutions and the calculation of relative closeness through time weighting,time series dominance,and dynamic time warping(DTW)distance,so as to achieve threat assessment for aerospace defense targets.The example shows that the proposed method can solve the problem of dynamic and time-unaligned decision-making information and effectively implement the threat assessment of aerospace defense targets.
