空战战后复盘的核心在于通过关键节点分析实现快速评估与战术优化.现有研究未充分考虑态势特征与战斗结果的因果关系且缺乏可解释性.提出一种基于反事实的可解释空战关键节点确定方法.通过反事实分析计算特征的全局重要性分数进行特征选择,为态势评估提供权重系数.采用改进的随机森林模型结合反事实框架进行实时预测,探索联合特征的阈值范围.选择态势剧变且预测标签改变的时刻,或预测为"胜利"但友方劣势的时刻作为关键节点.通过引入机动动作识别,考虑飞行员决策等人为因素,增强模型的可解释性与准确性.仿真实验表明,该方法能够有效识别关键节点并提供更具现实性的分析视角.

The core of the post-combat analysis of air combat is to achieve rapid assessment and tactical optimization through the analysis of critical nodes.However,existing studies have not fully considered the causal relationship between situational features and combat outcomes,and their results lack interpretability.To address this issue,an interpretable counterfactual-based method for determining critical nodes in air combat is proposed.First,counterfactual analysis is used to compute the global importance scores of features for feature selection,thereby providing weight coefficients for situational assessment.Next,an improved random forest model,integrated with the counterfactual framework,is applied for real-time prediction,exploring the threshold ranges of joint features.Finally,critical nodes are identified as either moments when there is a significant change in the situation and a shift in the predicted label,or when the prediction is"victory"but the friendly forces are at a disadvantage.By incorporating maneuver recognition and considering human factors such as pilot decision-making,the model's interpretability and accuracy are enhanced.Simulation experiments demonstrate that the proposed method effectively identifies critical nodes and provides a more realistic analytical perspective.
