维生素E对种禽繁殖性能的研究进展OA
Research progress on the effects of vitamin E on reproductive performance in breeding poultry
维生素 E 作为种禽必需的营养素,在调控繁殖性能中发挥着多重关键作用.其核心作用机制在于通过强效抗氧化活性清除体内活性氧,抑制脂质过氧化反应,从而保护生殖细胞膜结构的完整性;同时,它可通过调节下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴,促进促性腺激素及相关性激素的分泌,从而改善精子发生与卵泡发育;此外,维生素 E 还能增强机体免疫功能,缓解应激对生殖系统的负面影响.研究表明,种公禽日粮中添加不低于 15 mg/kg 的维生素 E,可显著提高精液品质与血清睾酮水平;而种母禽的适宜添加量因物种不同存在差异(如蛋鸡为 100~200 mg/kg,蛋鸭为 12.5~50 mg/kg,种鹅为 30~200 IU/kg),合理补充可显著提高产蛋率、蛋品质及孵化性能.本文系统综述了维生素 E 对种禽繁殖性能、抗氧化能力及免疫功能的影响,以期为生产实践中的精准营养调控提供理论依据.
As an essential nutrient for breeding poultry,vitamin E plays a critical role in regulating reproductive performance through multiple mechanisms.Its core mechanism involves scavenging reactive oxygen species and inhibiting lipid peroxidation through potent antioxidant activity,thereby protecting the structural integrity of germ cell membranes.In addition,vitamin E regulates the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis,promotes the secretion of gonadotropins and related sex hormones,and effectively enhances spermatogenesis and follicular development.Additionally,it enhances immune function and alleviates the negative effects of stress on the reproductive system.Studies have shown that supplementing male diets with vitamin E at levels of at least 15 mg/kg significantly improves semen quality and serum testosterone levels.For breeding females,the appropriate dosage varies by species,including 100-200 mg/kg for laying hens,12.5-50 mg/kg for laying ducks,and 30-200 IU/kg for breeding geese,all of which have been shown to effectively enhance laying rate,egg quality,and hatchability.This review systematically summarizes the effects of vitamin E on reproductive performance,antioxidant capacity,and immune function in breeding poultry,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for precise nutritional management in production practice.
