特色农产品产业的高质量发展有助于区域乡村振兴和农业现代化发展.罗平小黄姜是云南高原特色农产品,经过多年培育与发展,罗平小黄姜产业形成了完整产业链,并成为罗平县的支柱产业.为推进罗平小黄姜产业绿色可持续发展和质量升级,通过分析罗平小黄姜的种植业和加工业现状,以及科技对小黄姜产业的推动作用,采用SWOT方法从政治、经济、资源和技术等方面揭示罗平小黄姜产业发展的内在优势和劣势,外在机遇和挑战;并针对罗平小黄姜产业发展中的困境和产业高质量发展目标,提出对策建议.分析得出,罗平小黄姜产业的发展困境主要包括种植业病虫害问题、产业规模化和标准化难度大、精深加工能力不足、自主研发能力弱、专业技术人才缺乏、市场竞争激烈等.建议持续强化科技赋能罗平小黄姜整体产业链的发展,推进绿色生态产业模式,强化品牌建设,多元主体协同发展和政策协同保障.

High-quality development of distinctive agricultural product industries can contribute to regional rural revitalization and the modernization of agriculture.Luoping Zingiber officinale is a characteristic agricultural product of the Yunnan Plateau.The Luoping Zingiber officinale industry has formed a complete industrial chain and has become a pillar industry in Luoping.In order to promote the green and sustainable development and quality upgrading of the Luoping Zingiber officinale industry.First,this paper analyzed the current status of the cultivation and processing sectors of Luoping zingiber officinale,as well as the driving role of science and technology in the industry.Second,it identified the industry's internal strengths and weaknesses and its external opportunities and threats used the SWOT method,based on political,economic,resource,and technological perspectives.Finally,it proposesed recommendations to achieve high-quality development of the industry.The analysis concludesd that the main challenges facing the Luoping Zingiber officinale industry included pest and disease problems in cultivation,difficulties in achieving large-scale,standardized production.The insufficient deep-processing capacity,weak independent research and development capabilities,a shortage of professional technical talent,and intense market competition.To promote high-quality development,the Luoping Zingiber officinale industry should continuously strengthen science and technology across the entire industrial chain,promote green and ecological production models,enhance brand building,foster collaborative development among multiple stakeholders,and ensure coordinated policy support.
