Integrated Study on High-Grafting Head-Changing and High-Yield Cultivation Technology for Fuji Apple Orchards

为破解新疆新源县喀拉布拉镇10~15年生长富2号富士苹果老果园品种退化、产量偏低、品质不佳及抗逆性下降等产业瓶颈,实现老果园更新改造与提质增效目标,以秦脆、瑞雪、瑞香红和爱妃为核心换头品种,系统开展春季高接换头嫁接、风折防控及配套丰产技术集成研究.结果表明,高接换头平均成活率达92.6%~95.3%,其中秦脆和瑞香红成活率显著高于瑞雪和爱妃;集成风折防控技术可将接口风折率控制在3.2%以下,较常规管理降幅达82.5%;换头后第3年果园进入丰产期,产量稳定在1 500~1 800 kg·(667 m2)-1,优质果率提升至75.8%~81.2%;与常规管理果园相比,产量增长4.0%~22.0%,经济效益增收3 480~5 490元·(667 m2)-1,投入产出比均有提升.该技术体系已在新源县喀拉布拉镇及周边区域示范推广,实践效果显著.

In order to solve the industrial bottlenecks such as variety degradation,low yield,poor quality and decreased stress resistance in the 10-15-year-old Changfu 2 Fuji apple old orchards in Kalabula Town,Xinyuan County,Xinjiang,and to achieve the goals of renewal and transformation,quality improvement and efficiency increase of old orchards,this study took Qincui,Ruixue,Ruixianghong and Aifei as the core head-changing varieties,and systematically carried out integrated research on spring high-grafting head-changing technology,wind-breakage prevention and control technology and supporting high-yield technology.The results showed that:the average survival rate of high-grafting head-changing reached 92.6%-95.3%,among which the survival rates of Qincui and Ruixianghong were significantly higher than those of Ruixue and Aifei.The integrated wind-breakage prevention and control technology could control the wind-breakage rate of the grafting interface below 3.2%,which was 82.5%lower than that of conventional management.The orchard entered the high-yield period in the 3rd year after head-changing,the per mu yield was stable at 1 500-1 800 kg·(667 m2)-1,and the high-quality fruit rate increased to 75.8%-81.2%.Compared with the orchards under conventional management,the yield increased by 4.0%-22.0%,the economic benefit increased by 3 480-5 490 yuan·(667 m2)-1,and the input-output ratio have both increased.This technical system has been demonstrated and popularized in Kalabula Town and surrounding areas of Xinyuan County with remarkable practical effects.
