试验旨在探究西太平洋斑海豹幼崽出生至转饵完成阶段的体重动态变化规律,明确其关键生长期的生长特征,为斑海豹幼崽人工饲养、健康预警与科学转饵提供数据支撑.以2026年青岛水族馆4头新生斑海豹幼崽为试验对象,连续监测出生至转饵完成阶段的每日体重,记录转饵期日摄食量,分析哺乳期、转饵期体重动态变化规律.结果表明:幼崽出生体重9.8~11.2 kg,哺乳期为17~20 d,平均日增重1.11~1.32 kg,体重呈极显著线性增长(P<0.01);转饵期为9~20 d,转饵过程中体重最大降幅8.0%~15.2%,转饵完成时体重均低于断奶体重;日摄食量与日增重呈极显著正相关(R²=0.681,P<0.01),体重盈亏平衡临界日摄食量为0.9 kg;个体差异明显,出生体重大、哺乳期增重快的幼崽,转饵期饵料适应能力强,体重降幅更小,恢复更快.

This experiment was conducted to explore the weight dynamic and diet transition adaption of neonatal Western Pacific spotted seal pups from birth to the completion of diet transition,clarify their growth characteristics during critical growth periods,and provide a scientific basis for the artificial rearing,early health warning and scientific diet transition of spotted seal pups.Four neonatal spotted seal pups born in 2026 at Qingdao Aquarium were used as experimental subjects.Daily weight was continuously monitored from birth to the completion of diet transition,daily food intake during the diet transition period was recorded,and the dynamic changes in weight during the lactation and diet transition periods were analyzed.The results showed that the birth weight of pups ranged from 9.8 to 11.2 kg;the lactation period lasted 17-20 days with an average daily weight gain of 1.11-1.32 kg,and body weight exhibited an extremely significant linear increase(P<0.01).The diet transition period lasted 9-20 days,with a maximum weight loss of 8.0%-15.2%during transition,and the body weight at the completion of transition was lower than the weaning weight.Daily food intake was extremely significantly positively correlated with daily weight gain(R²=0.681,P<0.01),and the critical daily food intake for weight balance was 0.9 kg.Significant individual differences were observed in pups with higher birth weight and faster weight gain during lactation,which had stronger adaptability to artificial diets,less weight loss and faster recovery during the diet transition period.
