水貂作为珍贵的毛皮动物,其生产性能与繁殖性能直接影响养殖效益与产业可持续发展.近年来,围绕水貂高效饲养、营养调控、光周期调控及褪黑素应用等方面开展了大量研究.文章系统综述了水貂饲粮中蛋白质与限制性氨基酸精准供给、微量元素与免疫调控、光周期调控与褪黑素应用、孕酮等激素对胚胎着床与繁殖性能的影响,并对胚胎滞育调控机制、光周期调控繁殖及分子育种等研究方向进行了展望,以期为提升水貂生产性能与繁殖性能提供理论依据,推动毛皮产业高质量发展.

Mink are valuable fur-bearing animals,and their production and reproductive performance directly affect farming profitability and the sustainable development of the industry.In recent years,extensive studies have been conducted on efficient mink farming,nutritional regulation,photoperiodic regulation,and melatonin application.This article systematically reviews the precise supply of dietary protein and limiting amino acids,the roles of trace elements in immune regulation,photoperiodic regulation and melatonin application,and the effects of hormones such as progesterone on embryo implantation and reproductive performance in mink.It also discusses future research directions,including the regulatory mechanisms of embryonic diapause,photoperiodic regulation of reproduction,and molecular breeding.This review aims to provide a theoretical basis for improving the production and reproductive performance of mink and to promote the high-quality development of the fur industry.
