西南岩溶区地下水系统是维系传统农耕区域供水安全和生态系统健康的基础,掌握西南传统农耕地区岩溶地下水的水环境质量及生态风险水平,对推动区域生态保护与高质量发展具有重大战略意义.以西南岩溶流域(平江地下河流域)为研究对象,在丰、平、枯水期采集 42个地下水样,应用综合水化学方法分析流域地下水水化学的主要控制因素,并采用客观综合权重水质指数(objective combined weight water quality index,OCWQI)和健康风险模型进行地下水水质及健康风险评价.结果表明:平江地下河流域地下水优势阴、阳离子分别为 HCO3-和 Ca2+,整体呈弱碱性微硬质水,且化学组分含量表现为枯水期>平水期>丰水期;流域内地下水化学类型单一,均为 HCO3-Ca型.平江地下河流域地下水水化学特征主要受岩石风化作用(硅酸盐岩、碳酸盐岩)控制,同时受人为活动影响显著,表现为农业活动导致地下水中的 NO3-浓度升高.健康风险评价结果表明,成人在平水期、枯水期分别有 64%、79%样本 NO3-含量超过自然阈值(3 mg·L-1),进入到低风险水平(0.09<RHI<0.30);儿童在平水期、枯水期分别有 64%、86%样本NO3-含量超过自然阈值(3 mg·L-1),进入到低风险水平(0.06<RHI<0.20).流域存在潜在低非致癌风险.流域的地下水质量空间变化与 NO3-健康风险空间分布较为一致,表现为北西部向南东部阶梯式递增、儿童高于成人的特征.本研究可为平江地下河流域及类似区域地下水安全利用与保护管理提供参考.

The groundwater system in the karst regions of Southwest China is crucial for ensuring water supply security in traditional agricultural areas and maintaining ecosystem health.Assessing the water quality and ecological risks of karst groundwater is therefore of strategic importance for regional ecological conservation and sustainable development.This study focused on the representative Pingjiang Underground River Basin.42 groundwater samples across high-flow,normal-flow,and low-flow periods were collected.A comprehensive hydrochemical analysis was conducted to identify the primary factors influencing groundwater chemistry,and the Objective Comprehensive Weight Water Quality Index(OCWQI)alongside human health risk assessment models were employed to evaluate groundwater quality and associated health risks.The results indicated that the dominant anions and cations in the groundwater were HCO3-and Ca2+,respectively.The groundwater was generally weakly alkaline and slightly hard,with chemical constituent concentrations following the sequence:low-flow period>normal-flow period>high-flow period.The hydrochemical type across the basin was consistent,classified entirely as HCO3-Ca.Groundwater hydrochemistry in the Pingjiang Underground River Basin was primarily governed by rock weathering processes,particularly of carbonate and silicate rock,while also being notably influenced by anthropogenic activities.This influence was evidenced by elevated nitrate(NO3-)concentrations attributable to agricultural practices.Health risk assessment revealed that during the normal-flow and low-flow periods,64%and 79%of groundwater samples,respectively,exceeded the natural threshold for NO3-(3 mg·L-1)for adults,corresponding to a low-risk level(Hazard Index,0.09<RHI<0.30).For children,the proportions were 64%and 86%during the same periods,exceeding the same threshold and reaching a lower threshold for risk(0.06<RHI<0.20),indicating potential low-level non-carcinogenic health risks,particularly for younger populations.The spatial patterns of groundwater quality degradation aligned closely with the distribution of NO3--related health risks,showing a stepwise increase from northwest to southeast and consistently higher risk levels for children compared to adults.These findings provide valuable insights for the sustainable use and protection management of groundwater resources in the Pingjiang Underground River Basin and analogous karst regions.
