废旧磷酸铁锂电池正极材料回收技术研究进展OA
Research progress on recycling technologies of spent lithium iron phosphate cathode materials
伴随着我国锂离子动力电池行业进入高速发展期,大规模退役电池的回收利用已成为推动新能源汽车产业可持续发展的关键环节.废旧磷酸铁锂电池正极材料的回收作为当前研究热点,对资源循环利用和环境保护具有重要意义.本研究系统综述了近年来国内外废旧磷酸铁锂正极材料回收技术的研究进展,主要包括直接再生、火法冶金和湿法冶金 3类工艺,重点剖析了湿法冶金中有价元素浸出、杂质深度脱除及产品再生等关键环节的研究现状,并对比分析了各类方法的优势与局限性.针对当前回收过程中存在的铁磷资源高值化利用不足、杂质难以深度脱除等核心问题,本研究提出了相应的解决思路与技术展望,以期为推动废旧磷酸铁锂电池高效、清洁与高值化回收提供理论参考和工程借鉴.
With the rapid development of lithium-ion power battery industry in China,the recycling of large-scale retired batteries has become a critical link in promoting the sustainable development of the new energy vehicle industry.The recycling of cathode materials from spent lithium iron phosphate batteries,as a current research focus,is of great significance for resource circulation and environmental protection.This study systematically reviews recent research progresses in the recycling technologies for spent lithium iron phosphate cathode materials,both domestically and internationally,covering three main routes:direct regeneration,pyrometallurgy,and hydrometallurgy.This study particularly analyzed the key aspects of hydrometallurgy,such as the leaching of valuable elements,deep removal of impurities,and product regeneration.Moreover,the advantages and limitations of various methods were critically compered.In response to core issues in the current recycling process,such as insufficient high-value utilization of iron and phosphorus resources and difficulties in the deep removal of impurities,this study proposed corresponding suggestions and technical prospects,aiming to provide theoretical references and engineering insights for promoting efficient,clean,and high-value-added recycling of spent lithium iron phosphate batteries.
