再生盐的特性-标准-应用协同路径研究OA
A coordinated pathway for characteristics-standards-applications of reclaimed salts
化工废盐因其高水溶性和成分复杂性,成为固体废物资源化的关键难题;再生盐作为废盐循环利用的关键产物,成为研究和产业关注的焦点.针对再生盐产品认知不足、标准体系不健全和应用受阻等问题,本研究系统解析了2家典型企业的再生盐氯化钠(NaCl)和硫酸钠(Na2SO4)的生产工艺、理化特性和污染物特征,评估其下游应用潜力.研究表明再生盐主要由 Na2SO4(96.4%~98.0%)或 NaCl(80.1%~81.6%)组成.再生 NaCl中硬度离子、总有机碳(TOC)和有毒阴离子等依然超标,未能达到离子膜烧碱的用盐标准,杂质深度脱除仍是再生 NaCl资源化利用的障碍;Na2SO4 纯度相对较高,但钙、铁等杂质(如钙含 146 mg·kg-1)影响了市场认可度,现行《印染用盐》等标准缺乏针对性的污染物限值,难以支撑其规模化资源化利用.再生盐从"可能利用"迈向"稳定可用",亟需构建"特性-标准-应用"协同解决方案,加强再生氯化钠的深度除杂技术,建立面向再生盐 Na2SO4 的分级质量标准与污染物限值体系,推动再生盐产品的规模化示范应用,有望实现废盐资源化的闭环.
Chemical industrial waste salts represent a key barrier to solid waste resource recovery,due to their high solubility and compositional complexity.Reclaimed salts are the core products of waste salt treatment and recycling.They have become a focus of both research and industry.However,insufficient understanding of reclaimed salt products,immature standard systems,and obstructed application pathways hinder their broader use.This study focused on reclaimed NaCl and Na2SO4 from two representative coal chemical enterprises.Their process routes,physicochemical indices,and impurity characteristics were systematically characterized.Application potential was assessed with emphasis on chlor-alkali and other downstream scenarios.Results indicated that Na2SO4 accounted for 96.4%~98.0%and NaCl for 80.1%~81.6%of the products.However,NaCl still contained excessive hardness ions,TOC,and toxic anions,failing to meet chlor-alkali salt specifications.Na2SO4 showed higher purity but contained Ca and Fe impurities(e.g.,Ca 146 mg·kg-1)that limited market acceptance.Existing standards,such as those for dyeing salt,lack targeted impurity limits and cannot fully support large-scale utilization.Moving from"possible use"to"reliable application"required a coordinated approach linking salt characteristics,standards,and application scenarios.Deep impurity removal for NaCl was essential.Tiered quality standards and impurity limited for Na2SO4 must be developed to guide large-scale demonstration and enable closed-loop resource management.
