铅锌矿伴生稀散元素的赋存状态及选别富集技术研究进展OA
Research progress on occurrence state and separation and enrichment technology of associated scattered elements in lead-zinc mine
稀散元素是支撑高精尖领域发展的关键原材料,在战略性新兴产业和国防安全领域具有不可替代的作用,其中锗、铟、镉、镓和铊等稀散元素多伴生于铅锌矿中,但选矿回收不充分.铅锌矿中伴生的锗、铟、镉、镓和铊含量甚微,主要以类质同象形式赋存,独立矿物极少,赋存矿物多样且复杂,但具有一定的矿物专属性:锗主要赋存在闪锌矿和方铅矿过程中;铟、镉主要赋存在闪锌矿中;镓主要赋存在闪锌矿和铝矿物中;铊主要赋存在方铅矿和黄铁矿、白铁矿中.在选矿过程中,锗、铟、镉、镓、铊随载体矿物选别回收,锗、铟、镓会使载体闪锌矿的可浮性劣于普通闪锌矿,镉会使载体闪锌矿的可浮性优于普通闪锌矿;铊作为有毒稀散重金属,在铅精矿中主要通过湿法浸出脱除,或随黄铁矿、白铁矿转移至尾矿中.锗、铟、镉、镓的类质同象取代会改变载体矿物闪锌矿的可浮性,增大浮选回收难度;但优化选矿工艺、浮选药剂及工艺条件,可有效提升锗、铟、镉、镓的回收率.铅锌矿中伴生稀散元素的赋存状态、载体矿物的浮选行为及其在选矿工艺流程中的分布走向仍有待进一步研究.针对载体矿物浮选特性,研发专属浮选药剂及高效选别工艺,是未来的重要研究方向.
Scattered elements are the key raw materials to support the development of high-tech fields,and play an irreplaceable role in strategic emerging industries and national defense security.Scattered elements such as germa-nium,indium,cadmium,gallium and thallium are mostly associated with lead-zinc mines,but mineral processing recovery is not sufficient.The associated germanium,indium,cadmium,gallium and thallium in the lead-zinc deposit are very small in content,mainly in the form of isomorphism.There are few independent minerals,and the occurrence minerals are diverse and complex,but they have certain mineral specificity:germanium mainly occurs in sphalerite and galena;indium and cadmium mainly occur in sphalerite;gallium mainly occurs in sphalerite and aluminum minerals.Thallium mainly occurs in Galena,pyrite and marcasite.In mineral processing,germanium,indium,cadmium,gal-lium and thallium are separated and recovered with carrier minerals.Germanium,indium and gallium will make the floatability of carrier sphalerite worse than that of ordinary sphalerite,and cadmium will make the floatability of carrier sphalerite better than that of ordinary sphalerite.As a toxic scattered heavy metal,thallium is mainly removed from lead concentrate by wet leaching or transferred to tailings with pyrite and marcasite.The isomorphic substitution of germanium,indium,cadmium and gallium will lead to the change of the floatability of the carrier mineral sphalerite and increase the difficulty of flotation recovery.However,the recovery rate of germanium,indium,cadmium and gal-lium can be effectively improved by optimizing the beneficiation process,flotation reagents and process conditions.The occurrence state of associated scattered elements in lead-zinc ore,the flotation behavior of carrier minerals and their distribution in the beneficiation process still need to be further studied.In view of the flotation characteristics of carrier minerals,the development of exclusive flotation reagents and efficient separation processes is an important research direction in this field in the future.
