金作为一种贵金属,是国家重要战略物资;我国金矿资源呈现大型矿床少、生产规模小、矿石品位低、空间分布零散等特点,高品位易处理金矿资源日益减少,低品位、难处理金矿资源已成为开发利用的重点.针对甘肃某细粒嵌布低品位金矿,开展了化学多元素分析、金物相分析和粒度组成分析,在查明矿石性质的基础上,选用高选择性活化剂 HL-1和高效复合捕收剂 Y-89开展了浮选试验研究.结果表明:原矿中 Au品位为1.44 g/t,Ag品位达7.66 g/t,可作为伴生有益组分综合回收;金主要以硫化物包裹金为主,Au在+0.075 mm和-0.023 mm粒级的品位和分布率均较低;经旋流器脱粗-脱泥,可脱除31.79%的粗粒级和23.34%的细粒级,仅损失7.79%的 Au,且对 Au具有一定的富集效果;采用"1粗3精1扫"、中矿顺序返回至上一级作业的闭路工艺流程,最终获得了 Au品位为74.12 g/t、Au作业回收率为91.29%、Au综合回收率为84.18%,Ag品位为245.89 g/t、Ag作业回收率为79.22%、Ag综合回收率为65.25%的金精矿,实现了伴生银的协同回收."旋流器脱粗-旋流器脱泥-浮选回收金"的重-浮联合工艺降低了浸金成本,提升了综合效益,可为细粒嵌布低品位金矿的高效开发提供技术参考.

As a precious metal,gold is an important strategic material of the country.China's gold resources are characterized by large ore,small scale,low grade and dispersion.The high-grade easy-to-handle ore is decreasing day by day.Low-grade and difficult-to-handle gold resources have become the focus and difficulty of development and utili-zation.In view of a fine-grained disseminated low-grade gold mine in Gansu Province,chemical multi-element analysis,gold phase analysis and particle size composition analysis were carried out.On the basis of identifying the ore properties,high selective activator HL-1 and high-efficiency composite collector Y-89 were selected to carry out flota-tion test research.The results show that the grade of Au in the raw ore is 1.44 g/t,and the grade of Ag is 7.66 g/t,which can be comprehensively recovered as an associated beneficial component.Gold is mainly wrapped by sulfide,and the grade and distribution rate of Au in+0.075 mm and-0.023 mm are low.The coarse fraction of 31.79%and the fine fraction of 23.34%can be removed by the cyclone,and only 7.79%of Au is lost,and Au has a certain enrich-ment effect.The closed-circuit process of'one roughing,three cleaning and one scavenging'was adopted,and the middle ore was returned to the previous operation in sequence.Finally,the gold concentrate with Au grade of 74.12 g/t,Au operation recovery rate of 91.29%,Au comprehensive recovery rate of 84.18%,Ag grade of 245.89 g/t,Ag operation recovery rate of 79.22%and Ag comprehensive recovery rate of 65.25%was obtained,and the synergistic recovery of associated silver was realized.The heavy-floating combined process of'cyclone decoarsening-cyclone des-liming-flotation gold recovery'reduces the cost of gold leaching and improves the comprehensive benefits,which can provide technical reference for the efficient development of fine-grained disseminated low-grade gold deposits.
