生长抑素联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗肝硬化合并上消化道出血的应用价值分析OA

Objective This study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of the combined therapy with the two drugs.Methods All patients were randomLy divided into two groups:52 patients were treated with esomeprazole alone(control group),and 53 patients were treated with somatostatin combined with esomeprazole(observation group).The clinical efficacy,coagulation function and liver function levels were compared between the two groups.Results The overall clinical efficacy and clinical effective rate were both superior in the observation group(Z=-5.057,P=0.000;χ2=7.244,P=0.008).After treatment,the fibrinogen(Fib)level was elevated,while prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)were significantly decreased in both groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvements in the observation group were more significant(t=5.847,P=0.000;t=-8.337,P=0.000;t=-8.235,P=0.000).The liver function indexes were reduced in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),with more prominent improvements in the observation group(t=-13.564,P=0.000;t=-8.228,P=0.000;t=-12.841,P=0.000).Conclusion Somatostatin combined with esomeprazole can achieve satisfactory hemostatic effect,improve the coagulation function and liver function of patients,with favorable clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
