数字新质生产力赋能公共体育服务均等化研究OA

The current public sports services are developing towards intelligent and digital direction,and the new quality productivity of digital becomes the inevitable trend of the equalization of public sports services governance.Using the research methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the value connotation of the equalization of public sports services,and explains the operation mechanism of the equalization of public sports services enabled by the new quality productivity of digital.The study identifies four key challenges in leveraging digital new-quality productivity to achieve equitable public sports services:imbalanced digital infrastructure deployment limits service coverage and quality;difficulties in comprehensive data collection hinder precise identification needs;the digital divide restricts the accessibility and reach of public sports services;and algorithmic bias results in unfair service allocation de-cisions.Based on this,we propose to address weaknesses and accelerate the comprehensive construction and optimization upgrade of digital infrastructure;foster a data-sharing ecosystem to resolve bottlenecks in public sports services;focus on digital-intelligent ser-vice scenarios to promote inclusive growth of digital-intelligent technologies;and establish a legal monitoring and evaluation system to strengthen the ethical cultivation of digital-intelligent technologies.
