Generative AI,as a cutting-edge technology,is profoundly transforming the national fitness public service towards high-quality development.Using document analysis and logical analysis,this study examines how generative AI enables this development through its internal mechanisms,challenges,and pathways.The research finds that generative AI reconstructs service system mecha-nisms by building an inclusive,personalized service ecosystem,optimizing urban-rural resource allocation,establishing sustainable development paradigms,and fostering collaborative governance.Current challenges include data inaccuracies,algorithmic disconnects,information cocoons,digital divides,resource imbalances,green transition barriers,privacy vulnerabilities,ethical oversight gaps,and governance ambiguities.Proposed pathways involve enhancing GAI applications,breaking information barriers,improving resource flow,strengthening safety oversight,and establishing collaborative governance.
