体育非物质文化遗产数字化的伦理审视OA

In the context of cultural digitization strategies,the digital transformation of sports intangible cultural heritage has become an inevitable trend for preservation and development.However,this transition has profoundly reshaped traditional paradigms of protec-tion,inheritance,and dissemination,while triggering a series of new digital ethical risks.Drawing on Turgut Turgut's theory of tech-nological mediation,this paper constructs a three-dimensional analytical framework of"technology-value-governance"to systematical-ly examine these ethical risks.The study reveals three critical dimensions:The technological dimension faces"enabling"risks including algorithmic cognitive narrowing,data resource inequity,and platform anonymity abuse;The value dimension confronts"disintegration"crises such as authenticity erosion,meaning drift,and cultural distortion;The governance dimension exhibits"disorder"challenges in-cluding legal lag,collaborative failure,and ethical oversight deficiencies.These issues stem from systemic overreach of instrumental rationality,symbolic appropriation of capital logic,and institutional delays in regulatory frameworks.To address these challenges,the paper proposes establishing a"human-centered"digitalization principle,embedding responsibility ethics into technological gover-nance,building a collaborative agile governance system,and fostering a healthy,sustainable digital ecosystem through enhanced stakeholder capacity development.
