根植性视角下"苏超"高质量持续发展研究OA

The Jiangsu Provincial City Football League(referred to as"Jiangsu City Football League(JCFL)")has rapidly become a phenomenon in China's amateur sports,driven by its grassroots ethos and regional distinctiveness amplified via social media.Conse-quently,issues regarding its high-quality and sustainable development have attracted significant attention from industry and academia.To address this issues,this study adopts the theory of embeddedness as an analytical framework to systematically examine the coupling relationships between the league and Jiangsu's local social networks,cognitive consensus,cultural traditions,and policy systems across four dimensions:structural,cognitive,cultural,and institutional,thereby clarifying the intrinsic logic of its localized develop-ment.By benchmarking against mature international leagues like the English Premier League and Japan's J1 League,this study identi-fies significant shortcomings in the league's competition architecture,brand recognition cultivation,regional cultural inheritance,and institutional safeguard development.Based on Jiangsu's developmental realities and international best practices,targeted optimization recommendations are proposed for each dimension,including flexible promotion and relegation mechanisms,in-depth brand value cul-tivation,regional cultural integration,and enhanced governance coordination.These measures aim to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the"Su Super League"to consolidate its embeddedness foundation,improve event quality,and promote its long-term high-quality development.
