文章旨在利用薄膜过滤法为抑菌性原辅料建立便捷、高效的微生物限度检测方法,为生物制品中原辅料的检定放行及微生物风险控制提供数据支撑.采用薄膜过滤法,对硫氰酸钾、四硼酸钠(十水)及苯甲基磺酰氟3种抑菌性原辅料展开微生物限度检测的方法适用性试验.结果显示,上述3种原辅料的各5种试验菌的回收率均在 50%~200%范围内,符合《中华人民共和国药典》(2020年版)要求.薄膜过滤法可用于上述3种抑菌性原辅料的微生物限度检测,为生物制品中原辅料微生物限度检测体系的全面建立提供基础数据,促进微生物风险控制的关口前移.

This article aims to establish a convenient and efficient method for microbial limit detection of antibacterial raw and auxiliary materials using the membrane filtration method,and to provide basic data for the certification release and microbial risk control of raw and auxiliary materials in biological products.The membrane filtration method was used to perform the method suitability test for microbial limit testing on three antibacterial raw and auxiliary materials:potassium thiocyanate,sodium tetraborate(decahydrate)and phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride.The results showed that the recoveries of all five test bacteria for the above three raw and auxiliary materials were in the range of 50%-200%,which met the requirements of the 2020 edition of China Pharmacopoeia.As a result,the membrane filtration method can be used for the microbial limit detection of the above three antibacterial raw and auxiliary materials,provide basic data for the comprehensive establishment of the microbial limit detection system of raw and auxiliary materials in biological products,and promote the forward movement of microbial risk control.
