拉曼单细胞技术作为一种新型微生物分析方法,在耐冷硝化菌的筛选鉴定中展现出独特优势.该技术通过拉曼光谱特征实现对单个细胞的无损检测,结合分选模块完成对目标菌株的精准分离.研究发现,拉曼光谱能准确反映硝化菌在低温环境下的代谢特征及活性变化,为耐冷菌株的快速筛选提供可靠依据.通过建立拉曼光谱指纹图谱库,能实现对耐冷硝化菌的快速识别与分类.该方法显著提高了耐冷硝化菌筛选效率,为低温生物脱氮工艺优化提供了技术支持.
As a new type of microbial analysis method,Raman single-cell technology has shown unique advantages in the screening and identification of cold-resistant nitrifying bacteria.This technology realizes non-destructive detection of single cells through Raman spectral characteristics,and can achieve accurate separation of target strains in combination with sorting modules.This study finds that Raman spectroscopy can accurately reflect the metabolic characteristics and activity changes of nitrifying bacteria in low-temperature environments,providing a reliable basis for the rapid screening of cold-resistant strains.By establishing a Raman spectral fingerprint library,the rapid identification and classification of cold-resistant nitrifying bacteria can be achieved.This method significantly improves the screening efficiency of cold-resistant nitrifying bacteria and provides technical support for the optimization of low-temperature biological denitrification processes.
