ALT/ALP、ALP/GGT与妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的相关性研究OA
Study on the Correlation between ALT/ALP,ALP/GGT and Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy
妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)是威胁围产儿安全的重要妊娠并发症.文章旨在探讨丙氨酸转氨酶/碱性磷酸酶(ALT/ALP)、碱性磷酸酶/γ-谷氨酰胺转移酶(ALP/GGT)与 ICP的相关性.对比分析ICP组与健康孕妇组的生化指标,发现 ICP组与对照组孕妇的 ALT/ALP、ALP/GGT差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);TBA(总胆汁酸)、GGT、ALP/GGT 三者联合预测 ICP 的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.993,高于单独及其他联合预测的价值.
Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP)is a major pregnancy complication threatening the safety of perinatal.This study investigated the correlation between alanine aminotransferase/alkaline phosphatase(ALT/ALP),alkaline phosphatase/γ-glutamyl transferase(ALP/GGT),and ICP.Comparative analysis of biochemical indicators between the ICP group and the healthy pregnant women group revealed that the ALT/ALP and ALP/GGT ratios showed statistically significant differences between the ICP group and the control group(P＜0.05).The combined prediction of ICP using TBA,GGT,and ALP/GGT yielded an area under the curve(AUC)of 0.993,superior to the predictive value of individual and other combined indicators.
