Research on the Prescription of Sterile Liquid Dressings
文章主要研究了一种以羧甲基纤维素钠为主要成膜成分的无菌液体敷料处方.通过实验确定了配方成分及用量,并对工艺进行了探索.研究通过对不同配方样品的检测和试用,确定了最终处方及工艺.同时,对影响因素开展了试验,为维持产品稳定性提供了科学依据.结果表明,研究所选择的处方及工艺稳定,样品性能指标符合拟定要求.
This article mainly studied the prescription of a sterile liquid dressing with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as the main film-forming component.The formula ingredients and dosage were determined through experiments,and the preparation process was studied.The final prescription and process were determined through testing and trial use of samples with different formulas.At the same time,experiments were conducted on the influencing factors,providing a scientific basis for maintaining the stability of products.The results indicated that the selected prescription and process in this study were stable,and the sample performance indicators met the proposed requirements.
