Research advances in the metabolic mechanism of the Warburg effect in glioblastoma
瓦尔堡效应与恶性肿瘤的代谢机制有关,通过代谢重编程,为胶质母细胞瘤(GBM)的快速生长和转移提供了能量和适宜的环境,并协助其逃避凋亡.越来越多的研究揭示了瓦尔堡效应在GBM代谢机制中的重要性,尤其是酶途径及相关蛋白的代谢改变在肿瘤进展中的关键作用.该文综述了近年来关于瓦尔堡效应在GBM代谢机制中的研究进展,重点关注了糖酵解相关酶及蛋白的作用及其在肿瘤生长、侵袭和药物抵抗中的影响,为进一步探索GBM的治疗策略提供了新的思路.
The Warburg effect is associated with the metabolic mechanism of malignant tumors,and through metabolic reprogramming,it supplies energy and provides a conducive microenvironment for the rapid growth and metastasis of glioblastoma(GBM)cells,while helping them to escape apoptosis.An increasing number of studies have revealed the significance of the Warburg effect in the metabolic mechanism of GBM,especially the pivotal role of alterations in enzymatic pathways and related proteins in tumor progression.This article reviews the recent research advances in the metabolic mechanism of the Warburg effect in GBM,with a focus on the role of glycolysis-related enzymes and proteins and their impact on tumor growth,invasion,and drug resistance,in order to provide new ideas for further exploration of the therapeutic strategies for GBM.
